# Cost Effective Rotary Instruments that were Well Received in Clinical Use Evaluation

Gordon’s Clinical Evaluation: CR tested carbide 330 and diamond round-end taper coarse instruments because of their popularity. Both performed comparable to premium rotary instruments and have desirable low cost.
Advantages:

Low Cost allows single patient use
Cut efficently
Both bur and diamond had smooth concentric cutting

Limitation:

As with most brands, carbide occasionally broke during use
