# Navigation of Complex Anatomy in Endodontics

Dr. Steven Kale demonstrates the successful nonsurgical root canal treatment of a maxillary first molar with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis using a comprehensive EdgeEndo workflow. The case highlights the use of EdgeFile X7® and EdgeTaper Platinum® rotary files with FireWire® heat treatment to efficiently navigate complex canal anatomy while maintaining flexibility, durability, and safety. EdgeUtopia® Root Repair Material (RRM) was used to seal a chamber defect and support hard tissue formation, followed by obturation with EdgeSeal® and completion of the procedure using additional EdgeEndo products.
