This case report highlights a structured, minimally invasive approach for managing severely curved mandibular molars using the EdgeOnyx™ instrumentation system. Two complex cases involving distal root curvatures of 60–75 degrees were successfully treated with a simplified Triflex sequence consisting of X-Find™, X-Follow™, and X-Finish™ files, allowing controlled canal negotiation, glidepath development, and conservative shaping while preserving natural canal anatomy. The four-file preparation protocol (15/.04 to 25/.04) provided predictable shaping and maintained adequate apical dimensions for bioceramic obturation. Combined with EdgePRO™ laser-assisted irrigant activation and EdgeBioCeramic™ ThermalFlow™ obturation, the approach demonstrates how modern endodontic technologies can improve predictability, safety, and treatment outcomes in anatomically challenging curved canals.
