Tariff Update Overview
On April 2, 2025, an Executive Order was issued imposing 10% baseline tariffs on imports from all countries. This order took effect on April 5, 2025, and is still in place.
Additionally, the Administration imposed reciprocal tariffs, which were higher than 10% on many countries.
As of April 9, 2025, those reciprocal tariffs were paused on all countries for 90 days, except for China, where the Administration announced additional elevated tariffs.
As of May 12, 2025, the United States and China have agreed to a 90-day suspension of additional tariffs. Effective May 14, tariffs on Chinese goods will decrease from 145% to 30%.
Business Impact
Thanks to our US manufacturing facilities, as well as strong cost-management, we have been able to absorb costs to date, however the prolonged nature of the tariffs requires us to respond.
Our Response
- Due to cost increases stemming from recently enacted tariffs, a small increase will take effect across all products on June 2, 2025.
- Current pricing on products will be honored through June 1, 2025.
- We are accelerating efforts to help mitigate the tariff impact, and will be re-evaluating pricing as these mitigation strategies are executed.
