When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped after they have been processed. This means the order has been reviewed for accuracy, and the account has been verified for a valid dental license number. Accounts are also reviewed to ensure there are no overdue balances. Customers with overdue balances are contacted to make payment prior to new orders getting shipped.
Our goal is to ship all orders within the same day that have been submitted prior to 4PM ET Monday through Friday. Orders received after this deadline are typically processed, but will not be shipped until the following day.
We do not ship on the weekends.
What shipping options are available?
During order checkout you can select from various UPS shipping options. Our standard free shipping is via UPS Ground. Faster paid options are also available including 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. Next Day Air Saver delivers before the end of the next day. With Next Day Air, UPS will attempt to deliver your package before 11 AM, however this is not guaranteed.

Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after placing your order.
Why hasn’t my tracking status been updated?
Tracking information can be delayed due to a variety of factors, including UPS delays. If your order is stuck in transit for more than 48 hours, please report a shipping issue.
